As far as I know EW switched alignment due to logistics issues with the leader and membership, I know they have been dissed heavily by former members who chose to remain neutral, but I am not sure they are anti-neutral. I may be wrong, but I know Heavenley from previous orgs and dont see her as causing us grief, it was an educated (if misguided) choice. I may have missed some occurances that got them on the list, not that I would assist omnis anyway. They are a full omni org and not pretending to be neutral as far as I know.
